Olive leaves are a typical pasta shape of the Apulian tradition: with an elongated and particular shape, they recall the olive leaf, symbol of Puglia. Terre dei Trulli offers them in the colored and flavored version with 5 flavors (tomato, beetroot, spinach, turmeric, semolina). They contain no dyes or preservatives, but only 100% natural ingredients. Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by craftsmanship and slow drying.
