They look like flattened spaghetti with a rectangular section. This particular shape allows them to better retain sauces and condiments and to enhance the flavor of each dish. Terre dei Trulli offers this unique version in which the "acrid" sweetness of orange juice and a pinch of paprika meet our fine durum wheat semolina.
