Thus, to bottle our multicultivar, we have created a collection of bottles with the symbols that have been appearing on our beloved Trulli for centuries. Mystics and religious, or profane, each one tells his story. - Host with rays: Very similar to a sun, it is one of the Christian symbols and represents Jesus and his sacrifice for humanity. - Tree cross: It is one of the pagan symbols and represents the union of three worlds: the celestial world, the earthly world and the underworld. The pleasantly harmonious taste of the Multivarietale comes from the skilful and balanced combination of different varieties of olives: Cima di Mola, Leccino and Olivastra come together to create an oil with a balanced flavour. The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity, the hints of bitter almond are combined with spicy tones, only hinted at.
