Terre Saline produces and processes various products from the marshes in Saint Clément des Baleines, on the Ile de Ré. All the plants produced by Terre Saline are certified organic farming. Today, salicornia is our main crop, which we transform into natural samphire, condiment, soup, pulp. We also produce other marsh plants in jars: sea soda as a condiment, sea aster, raw or roasted maceron (marsh pepper). Terre Saline also produces organic sea lettuce, in flakes or fresh salted. Finally, we offer a whole range of salt from Ile de Ré: sea salt, fleur de sel, lace (extra fine fleur de sel), crystal (higher caliber fleur de sel).
