Pickle Rochelais

Pickle Rochelais is the association of organic lingodor zucchini with organic maceron. The courgettes are grown in our marshes, the wild maceron is picked nearby and then dried. Everything is bathed in a sweet and sour brine. These pickles will go well with a salad or cold cuts, or can be served as an aperitif as is. It is also our tribute to the STADE ROCHELAIS rugby team, which wears the yellow and black colors, and which finishes European champions in 2022!
