Coming from a family of Calvados producers for five generations and having "fallen into the barrel" as children, TERRES NORMANDES has been, since 2015, a pioneering company in bringing Arranged Calvados to market for a professional clientele of Wine Merchants and Fine Grocers. She reinvents one of its gastronomic traditions, "calvados arrangé", in decidedly contemporary recipes. The macerations of carefully selected seasonal fruits and chosen spices give rise to liqueurs where the fusion of flavors and aromas compose subtle balances.
The P’tit calva arrangé and P’tit planter collections reveal AOC calvados in a new, unexpected and tasty light. In the same spirit, Jolie Canne's "arranged rums" illuminate agricultural rum with exquisite delicacies.
