We are artisans and manufacturers of aperitif products based in the sunny region of Collioure in the Mediterranean. We are passionate about our work and in love with our beautiful region.
For us Catalans, the aperitif is a colorful moment, made of conviviality and sharing.
We put all our expertise at the service of gourmet delights with authentic recipes from the south of France, natural and without preservatives.
We believe that every bite allows you to travel and savor the essence of the South of France.
Our range consists of tapenades, spreads and seasoned olives, prepared according to traditional recipes. We imagine and test our recipes on our most gourmet friends and customers before launching them.
The quality of the raw materials used is not negotiable. The result is a clever blend of indulgence and conviviality.
Here, the people are friendly and the flavors are intense.
We work in partnership with farmers in the Pyrénées Orientales to create our famous Pan Con Tomate, the emblem of tapas. We produce it exclusively with tomatoes reddened by the summer sun and pampered for many months. Accompanied by a good SERRANO ham or a fresh cheese or even MANCHEGO, our Pan Con Tomate spread on a slice of lightly toasted bread will delight all lovers of life!
Collioure, with its landscapes between sea and mountains, is our daily source of inspiration. This unique setting and this very special light are reflected in our products which combine both sweetness (our anchoïade is renowned for this) and temperament! Black tapenade, green tapenade, aioli, escalivade cream, hummus with two sesame seeds, Catalan olives, garlic and basil olives, etc. there is something for every palate and for every gourmet.
Each stage of production, from recipe development to packaging, is carried out in our workshop, thus guaranteeing rigorous quality control. Our commitment is to create products without compromise, where each flavor is true to its origin.
