We buy our coffee directly (direct trade) from the coffee farmer, it is fair coffee for a fair price. The bottom photo: The farmer packs the coffee in so-called grainpro bags. These bags are airtight. As a result, the coffee retains its correct optimum moisture content and does not dry out.
