We buy our coffee directly (direct trade) from the coffee farmer, it is fair coffee for a fair price. Because we offer a good price to the coffee farmer, the coffee farmer has enough money left over to spend on sustainable coffee production, in addition to the cost of living. The bottom photo: The farmer packs the coffee in so-called grainpro bags. These bags are airtight. As a result, the coffee retains its correct optimum moisture content and does not dry out. In this way, the quality of the coffee bean is guaranteed.
