Montagne Bleue is a blend made from black tea from the Nilgiri mountains (South India, straddling Kerala and Tamil Nadu). The Nilgiri Mountains are called the "Blue Mountains" because they are carpeted with blue-purple flowers whose much-awaited flowering occurs only every 12 years. Montagne Bleue is scented with natural aromas of rhubarb and wild strawberry. We add a note of honey. It is sprinkled with cornflower flower petals.
