Sobacha, buckwheat infusion (Organic) 1kg - Bulk

Sobacha is originally a Japanese specialty: this “buckwheat tea” has a typical cereal flavor reminiscent of toast. It ideally accompanies a meal or can satisfy a craving for a snack. It can be prepared hot (95°C, 7 minutes) or as iced tea (4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge). Without theine, sobacha can be infused for as long as you want to reach the desired intensity. Our sobacha is grown and processed in Ariège. We worked on the intensity of the roasting with the manufacturer to achieve the result closest to the Japanese product.
