After years of brewing in my pot, I created Chubby Brewing in 2022 with the aim of continuing to make craft beers with a strong craft imprint. Traditional styles and more daring ones, sophisticated flavor combinations, and new products all the time.
I brew 3/4x a month and most of my beers are ephemeral, I change the hops, yeasts, additions to always create something new.
I have 250 and 500L tanks, it's a very limited production, but I do everything myself, brewing, filling, labeling and even deliveries/sending parcels.
