Made with Thai chilli, onion and garlic fried in…well oil, Rice Bran Oil , but then drained and air-fried to remove any greasiness and to gain a real crunch. So its the perfect topping for noodles, ramen, stir-fries, curries, pizza, salad, burgers, eggs, or even as a spicy snack on its own, Its pretty spicy though so we wouldn’t recommend too much! It’s all the best crispy best you might find in a chilli oil but without the oil. Add our chilli crunch to a pepper grinder and use it as you secret umami condiment. Mix it with your favourite nuts for a spicy snack. Or if you really do want chilli oil then use our chilli crunch to make your own. Warm up your favourite oil and add to a bowl with a serving of Chilli Crunch and let the flavour infuse. Your chilli crunch will stay crispy too.
