Ripe kefir: a subtle, slightly colored kefir, with notes of berries but not only, few sugars, which serve as food for "beasts" during fermentation! A fruit kefir with a subtle blend of wild blackberries and white mulberries, a signature triple fermentation of our artisanal kefir productions!
