Kombucha Hibiscus

The first raw and well-bred kombucha on the market in a colorful and floral version, with hibiscus! A kombucha brewed with love, selected herbs including hibiscus flowers, a little sugar to feed the probiotics, a (big!) SCOBY adapted to hibiscus, fermented and aged in oak barrels to give you the best. Made with love by the France Beer Challenge 2022 gold and bronze medal brewers! Simply incomparable! Our kombucha are not lemonades but real fermented drinks such as wine or non-alcoholic beer, to be taken as an aperitif, in a cocktail (or alone to cool off. A raw kombucha aged in oak barrels, with a scoby suitable for hibiscus, real fermentation and natural bubbles, without the use of concentrates/acid banks, without dilution or the addition of CO2. Pure wonder! !Keep cool (2° to 6°C) and out of direct sunlight. Do not shake, be careful when opening. To be served as a special beer, glass and bottle at 45°. It really is a living product!
