Six Saints Rum is lovingly crafted on the tiny Island of Grenada and named after the Island’s six saintly parishes: Saint Patrick, Saint Mark, Saint John, Saint Andrew, Saint George, and Saint David. Located in the south of the island, near the capital St. George, the distillery has been traditionally handcrafting rum since 1937. Six Saints Rum is column distilled from sugar cane molasses in small batches using only pure ingredients. The rum is then tropically aged between four to six years on the Island of Grenada in once used bourbon barrels. Tasting Notes: A subtle burst of chilli on the nose, mellows to honey, vanilla and tropical fruits with a vegetal surge. On the palate a powerful sweet green chilli burst that builds momentum to a very long and zesty chilli jam finish. Spice up your summer drink.
