Our special characteristic is "chewyness", which makes it stand out from regular marshmallows. At The Mallows we have an organic line and a caramel-filled line. Our organic line consists of our 8 different varieties as well as 2 limited editions, which is reinterpreted several times a year. From the start in 2017, the entrepreneur and owner of The Mallows, Emma Bülow, has prioritized producing mallows in a responsible way with consideration for the environment and people. Organic and the best raw materials has a very high priority at The Mallows. Only the best is good enough.
