Spice “Chimichurri”

Green or red pepper spices up the sauce more or less. 

My condiment turns out to be spicy and it is therefore prudent to measure its dosage.   This mixture is part of South American cuisine for preparing asado, a Spanish word meaning “grilling” or “roasting”.
