“Acropolis” herbal tea

It grows at high altitude in the mountains and on the moist soils of high pastures, above 1500 m.   Its botanical name comes from the Greek “sideros” which means “iron” which it contains in large quantities (200mg/kg). 
Ancient medicine attributed to it the power to heal wounds and treat various ailments.   Its slightly sweet flavor inspired me to combine the captivating scent of lavender flower, the suave and sweet star anise and the tangy flavor of bergamot.   Infused for a long time in cold water or in water at 100° for several minutes, you will appreciate this herbal tea which combines heat and freshness at all times.
