Our original ball caps were blank hats, bought from a distributor, embroidered with a bolt. This new cap is the first time we create our own silhouette, our own bill shape, and a custom garment washed color. This cap is quite literally our first go at creating an ideal shape, and form handmade in Portugal. Silicon Union patch on side of hat; 100% cotton; Unstructured 6 panel cap; Classic shape.
