Lovers' Leap Tea Estate is steeped in tradition and legend. The estate gets its name from the tragic event of a young couple that leapt off a waterfall on the estate. The tea has a remarkable golden, light green infusion and the flavour is bright, crisp and clean. 1 tsp per 200ml of boiling hot water. Steeping time: 2-3 minutes.
