This tea originates from the camel caravans of the 18th Century that would undertake the 6,000 mile journey from China to Europe. Smoky Caravan is a high quality tea blend with the inclusion of various single estate teas. Our blend contains Lapsang Souchong to reproduce the original smokiness that this tea developed as it was being transported and when it was stored by fires at night. 1 tsp per 200ml of boiling hot water. Steeping time: 1-5 minutes. Sweeten using our milk creams and tea jellies.
