Founder Dominique Woolf (winner of Channel 4’s ‘The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver’ and Sunday Times best-selling author of Asian cookbook, Dominique’s Kitchen) created The Woolf’s Kitchen having been inspired by the sauces her Thai auntie used to make.
Auntie Dang’s now legendary tamarind sauce was so mind-blowingly good, Dominique had no choice but to create her own version and so ‘The Woolf’s Kitchen’ was born.
