This is an elegant first-flush matcha from a single origin. Picked by hand, this ceremonial grade is milled with an artisanal millstone to create a premium, velvety smooth matcha that has a delicate flavour and floral aroma. It is carefully cultivated in secluded mountain areas with extreme temperature fluctuations, resulting in a distinctive umami flavour and enhanced sweetness compared to other matcha teas. Areas of deep mountain cultivation contribute to its unique profile, reinforcing its characteristic fragrance and taste.
