Blended by master blender from spring harvest first flush. Shaded for 20-25 days. Made with tea leaves from Shizuoka, Japan, it is harvested in the spring and lightly steamed. With a medium caffeine content and a Ceremonial grade, it is perfect for both culinary and ceremonial use, accessible price and versatile. The tea master selects and blends the tea leaves with precision, carefully maximising characteristics to uphold quality.
