And, whatever happens, avoid cleaning with water or soap to remove stains on an absorbent surface (wood, leather, etc.).):this could make the situation worse. 
Favor the use of absorbent paper, to delicately remove the excess, and sprinkle generously with Sommières soil so that it can work... 1. 
Be careful not to use Terre de Sommières on a wet surface.   2. 
For liquid stains (oil, gasoline, etc.),first remove excess product with absorbent paper or blotting paper.   3. 
Sprinkle generously to cover the powder stain.   4. 
Leave to act without rubbing, for a few minutes to a few hours. 
The action time depends on the size and age of the stain.   5. 
For older and/or very greasy stains, heat the area beforehand with a hairdryer to liquefy the grease.   6. 
Remove powder residue by shaking the fabric or using a vacuum cleaner.   7.
