Servings: 2 Cooking time: 20 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 1 liter of water and 3 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan.  Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add more water and keep cooking for a softer doneness. Season to taste and serve with olive oil for drizzling. Add optional grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: serve with 3 slices of bread seasoned and baked with oil, grated cheese and black pepper. WINE PAIRING: Cabernet Sauvignon or red, medium body wines.
