Minestrone Classico, zuppa di verdure classica italiana pronta da cuocere - 2 porzioni

Minestrone is one of the most appreciated vegetables soup in Italy and can be prepared in many different ways. We love it with spelt and vegetables, perfect both warm or cold. It is completely natural and contains only vegetal ingredients being perfect for vegans too. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Servings: 2 Cooking time: 20 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 1 liter of water and 4 tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet.  Add the contents of the package, stir, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or more until reached desired doneness. Add salt or pepper to taste, season with olive oil. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Add 80g of diced bacon during cooking. Serve with toasts. WINE PAIRING: Red, still, medium body wines.
