Serving: 3 Cooking time: 7/9 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring boil 1 liter of water and 4 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large skillet. Just before the water will start boiling, gradually stir in the pot the content of the package. Let it simmer while continuously stirring for 9 minutes or until the Polenta will have reached the desired doneness. SUGGESTIONS: before serving add 50g butter and 100g diced Asiago cheese. WINE PAIRING: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or red, medium body wines.
