Strozzapreti pasta is delicious with tomato sauce, so we suggest to you the following recipe: fry 2 cloves of garlic in extra virgin olive oil and then remove them form the pan. Add into the pan 1 sliced onion and 500g of San Marzano tomatoes, 4 anchovies fillets, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain pasta al dente, add it in the pan with 2 tbsp of grated pecorino Romano cheese. Serve with chili pepper, some leaves of basil and pair with white wine. Cooking time: 14 minutes
