This ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation makes a simple but so tasty Apulian beans soup. Traditionally served as a substitute for meat for its high proteins content, made with just 100% natural ingredients, this hearty soup is perfect for a nutritious and healthy winter meal. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Servings: 2 Cooking time: 12 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 1 liter of water and 4 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet.  Add the contents of the package, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or more. Season to taste and serve with olive oil for drizzling. SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 1 minced sausage or diced bacon. Serve with toasts and black pepper. WINE PAIRING: Cabernet Sauvignon or red, still, medium body wines.
