In countries like Romania and Greece, the conditions of street dogs and cats are unfortunately miserable. Therefore, many loyal souls have little chance of survival without financial help and the commitment of animal welfare organizations.
Against this background, we have made it our mission to support animal welfare. That’s why we want to do something good for the dogs in Greece with our products and save lives. By purchasing one of our products, tierly donates to the Hundegarten Serres e.V. in Greece. This will help dogs in need and the donation will be used to purchase food and necessary veterinary services.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE
When choosing our partner, we chose the Stanley/Stella brand, which meets our sustainability standards. Stanley/Stella only uses GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester and other sustainable materials such as Modal®.
Unlike conventional cotton, no chemical insecticides, fertilizers or pesticides are used in the production of organic cotton. This means that no dangerous or toxic substances enter the soil or water.
FAIR PRODUCTION
It's a long way from the field to your home. We aim to ensure the highest level of accountability at every step of the supply chain. The organic cotton, which is sourced from India, goes through several stages from the plantation to the finished garment, which is ultimately sold by Stanley/Stella in Europe.
Stanley/Stella's supply chain is certified by several independent bodies according to various standards. To ensure continuous safety, Stanley/Stella works with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). This ensures decent working conditions.
TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION
We source our sustainable textiles from Stanley/Stella and then have them individually embroidered by a trusted embroidery company from Hamburg.
