We are Caro and Liesel - the founders of tierly. In addition to a long-standing friendship, we share a love of animals. With our sustainable & personalized tierly collection, we donate to the Hundegarten Serres e.V. for each product sold.
SUPPORT ANIMAL WELFARE WITH FASHION
In countries like Romania or Greece, the conditions of street dogs and cats are unfortunately miserable. Thus, without financial help and the commitment of animal welfare organizations, many faithful souls have little chance of survival.
Against this background, we have made it our mission to support animal welfare. That's why we want to do something good for the dogs in Greece with our products and save lives. With the purchase of one of our products, tierly donates to the dog garden Serres e.V. in Greece. This will help dogs in need and the donation will be used to invest in food and necessary veterinary services.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE
When choosing our partner, we chose the Stanley/Stella brand, which meets our sustainability standards. Stanley/Stella only uses GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester and other sustainable materials such as Modal®.
In contrast to conventional cotton, no chemical insecticides, fertilizers or pesticides are used in the production of organic cotton. This means that no dangerous or toxic substances get into the soil or water.
FAIR PRODUCTION
It's a long way from the field to your home. At every step of the supply chain, we aim to ensure the highest level of accountability. The organic cotton, which is sourced from India, passes through several stations from the plantation to the finished garment, which is ultimately sold by Stanley/Stella in Europe.
The Stanley/Stella supply chain is certified to various standards by a number of independent bodies. Stanley/Stella works with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) to ensure safety at all times. This ensures decent working conditions.
TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION
We obtain our sustainable textiles from Stanley/Stella and then have them individually embroidered with sustainable viscose yarn (consisting of 100% FSC-certified raw materials) by a local embroidery company in Wiesbaden.
