Tisse is a Marseille micro-brewery of non-alcoholic fermented drinks, imagined by two childhood friends.
The project was born from a common attraction to fermentation techniques used in food design and packaging, practiced around the world for centuries. And for the comfort of a very cold and thirst-quenching drink enjoyed one afternoon under the blazing sun!
Aware that the production of a drink on a large scale will necessarily have an impact on the environment, we want to limit it as much as possible. We want to offer original recipes with a responsible approach.
Particularly in the choice and involvement of our raw material suppliers: wherever possible, we select our ingredients as locally as possible, in a short circuit, via independent producers. All our ingredients are natural and from organic farming.
We work in an artisanal manner, and manage all production from recipe creation to bottling. Our local deliveries are made by bicycle trailer.
