This Frizzante style Rosé is made from 70% Kékfrankos (Blaufränkish), 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Syrah grape varieties. Glistening with salmon pink hues. The tantalizing aromas of strawberries, raspberries and refreshing mint. With gentle bubbles that unfurl on the palate, this dry sparkling Rosé reveals a delightful taste of juicy red fruits. Light and refreshing. VINEYARD & VITICULTURE A family-owned, eco-friendly wine estate in the volcanic hills of Lake Balaton, Hungary, surrounded by national parks. Volcanic and basalt soils, pristine lake, cool climate, pure forest air and plenty of sunshine create magical environment for our vineyards on Nemesgulacs slopes. - Organic farming and winemaking – Under conversion - Vegan friendly - Vintage report: Cold winter with sunny spells, a warm and dry spring, summer with some chilly nights, followed by average rainfall and favorable harvest. - Age of vines: 45 years old - Soil: Sandy topsoil, Sub-soil made of Basalt rocks & red clay - Harvest: Hand-picked on 28-Sep. Very low yield of 0.30Kg per m2. - Grapes: 70% Kékfrankos (Blaufränkish), 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Syrah WINEMAKING After gentle destemming, whole grapes were sent to the press, where they remained for 4-6 hours at low temperatures. The free-run juice was inoculated with indigenous, neutral yeasts. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C for 15 days. Bubbles developed and saturated in sealed tanks naturally for 2 months.
