ORGANIC Dried Mangoes

Mango is an extremely tasty fruit. Many varieties exist, however, to preserve all the quality and taste during drying, we have selected for you: Amélie, locally called "Gouverneur" with a light orange complexion and a mild, slightly acidic taste Lippens harvested in mid-season, juicy and sweet Brooks, known as "Retard", which ripens at the end of the season, orange-yellow in color and very sweet. Dried mango is delicious, we recommend it particularly for hiking, or for the exoticism of your kitchen. We use dehydrated mango to make infusions and flavored teas, such as our mango, chokeberry and mandarin rooibos.
