This vintage, dominated by Rolle, an emblematic grape variety of Provence. Beautiful aromatic expression of immediate pleasure with a complexity which gives this wine all its character. Grape varieties: Rolle 85%, Ugni Blanc 10%, Clairette 5% Color: Beautiful green-gold color with yellow highlights. Aromas: The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, lime, quince paste, with notes of green asparagus associated with spices – thyme, rosemary -, scents of caramelized yellow fruits, graphite, all immersed in a sweet, intense aromatic intensity. Palate: The palate is fresh, with a lovely crisp tension balanced on a fruity fleshiness, a saline and sappy minerality with small noble bitters that persistently make you salivate.
