This vintage, dominated by Grenache, enhanced by the emblematic grape variety of TORPEZ in Saint-Tropez, Tibouren, is focused on freshness and minerality. A wine with character for delicate dishes. Grape varieties: Grenache 55%, Tibouren 15%, Cinsault 10%, Syrah 5%, Mourvèdre 10%, Rolle 5% Color: Beautiful, very light peach pink color, shiny with lychee highlights. Aromas: The nose is elegant, captivating with scents of jasmine and honeysuckle, complex aromas with notes of persimmon, kiwi, feijoa, clementine and yellow melon, as well as spicy nuances. Palate: The palate is full, round, fleshy, with a nice grain of tannin which supports everything: structure, complexity, chiseled material. The finish is saline and mineral, persistent with small noble bitters.
