The "Grand Cru Bio" chocolate chips used in our brownie preparation are made from cocoa beans from a single region of Ecuador, Guayas. An incredibly gourmet vegan and gluten-free brownie! At Totum Deli, plants are at the heart of our creative process. So our recipes are designed to be made without eggs. However, we are aware that vegan pastries can be confusing. So for gourmets who have not yet converted to plant-based pastries, we still offer an alternative on the back of our packets.
