ORGANIC MATCHA GREEN TEA: Matcha green tea, used in Japan in the tea ceremony, is considered one of the most refined teas. INFUSION TIPS: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into the bottom of the cup. Then add between 5 and 20 cl of simmering water (80°C) depending on the desired taste. Stir with a whisk to froth. CHARACTERISTICS OF MATCHA GREEN TEA: This green tea comes from the extremely fine grinding of tea leaves. Matcha green tea, used in Japan in the tea ceremony, is considered one of the finest teas. The deep emerald green powder is diluted and beaten in hot water. We absorb 100% of the tea leaf, unlike the infusion which leaves most of the nutrients in the leaf that we do not consume.
