Saffron monkfish and vegetables

In this recipe, the monkfish is cooked in a milder sauce based on fresh saffron cream, and accompanied by finely chopped vegetables. To be eaten hot (3 minutes closed jar in the microwave or pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over low heat). Store at room temperature before opening. MDD: 2 years.
