Black Olive Tapenade

Black olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish made with olives, capers and anchovies. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance its flavor and make it tender. Despite all our precautions, this product may contain pits.
