Green olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish made with olives, capers and anchovies. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance its flavor and make it tender. Spreadable to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif on toast.
