Grilled pepper and tomato tartare

Star vegetables of Provençal gastronomy, bell peppers and tomatoes are combined here in a tartare with the good taste of Provence, to be served on toast or as the base of a verrine. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or in a salad. Store in a dry place away from light, and between 2° and 4° after opening. MDD: 3 years
