Star vegetables of Provençal gastronomy, peppers and tomatoes are brought together here in a tartare with the delicious taste of Provence, to be served on toast or as the base of a verrine. Spreadable to be enjoyed fresh as an aperitif or in a salad. Store in a dry place, away from light, and between 2° and 4° after opening.
