Wooden board, with metal hoop and handles. French beech top, one piece without glue. Strong thickness (38 mm). Two versions: with groove, juice pocket and gutter for cutting. Plate (without groove) for serving. Metal hoop, in two versions: polished brass and brushed stainless steel. All versions are the same price. The entire product is handcrafted in Villedieu-les-pôeles. This high-end board represents the most refined solution for preparing and serving the most prestigious dishes, the noblest ingredients.
