Handmade poppy-honey candies in France

It was in 1870 in the town of Nemours in Seine et Marne that the first poppy candies were created. Since then, the wonderful taste qualities of this pretty flower have been declined in syrups, liqueurs, biscuits, jams... We combined it with the sweetness of honey to create this delicious candy...
