Harvested from the abundant acacia forests of Northern Hungary. The taste: The flavour is very sweet, slightly acidic with hints of vanilla and flowery notes. An extremely light coloured honey, lemony white or yellow-green, and very transparent, like liquid glass. The aroma is floral, fruity and delicate. It has a lower acid content. A delicious honey combined with cheeses, especially pecorino and gorgonzola cheese. Because of its light taste, it is a real favourite with children and ideal on fresh cheeses (ricotta), yogurt, fruit and ice cream.
