Lime Blossom Honey (Czech Republic)

Harvested from the white-yellow flowers from Lime trees located in the scenic hillsides of North Moravia, Czech Republic. The taste: This honey has a soft, soothing, barley-sugar-like flavour. Known as the “Chardonnay” of honeys due to its soft fruity nature, it has a delicate floral, citrus aroma with overtones of wild mint, green melon, a palate that is medium sweet with tanginess. Great in herbal teas, making cakes and a glaze for root veg and meat.
