La Française Tradition is a Virgin olive oil made from olives stored and brought to controlled maturation for several days before extraction. This superior category olive oil is obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes, in cold extraction. It is the result of a purely French know-how. This old-fashioned fruitiness develops very marked aromas of black olive and black tapenade. It will be delicious as an accompaniment to fish, poultry, game, green salads, crustaceans and shellfish.
