Coriander Seeds

Ingredients: Coriander seeds. Coriander is an aromatic plant that grows wild in southern Europe and the Middle East. All parts of the plant are edible and differently scented. The seeds offered here have a light flavor of Citrus, parsley and fennel at the same time. Ideal for flavoring your dishes such as rice, omelettes, marinades, salads, preserves etc. For marinades and grills, the seeds can be used whole but for the rest it is preferable and more pleasant to crush or grind them.
